Dr. Vishal Kumar Chakardhary

CEO/ Director

Dr. Vishal founded RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd. With a vision to make Bharat Aatmanirbhar in stealth and EMI shielding technologies. He pursued his Master and PhD from IIT Kanpur in Material science. His area of expertise includes materials behaviour for stealth and EMI shielding technologies.

Swati Gangwar

R&D Consultant

Swati is pursuing a PhD in Materials Science at IIT Kanpur. She holds an MTech in Functional Materials and Nanotechnology from IIT Madras, specializing in battery technology. She previously completed her MSc and BSc in Physics and is focused on energy storage and EMI mitigation solutions

Sahil Dharam Singh

Business Development

Sahil is currently pursuing his MBA from DoMS, IIT Kanpur. Prior to this he was a full-time Entrepreneur working in the field of sustainability. He graduated as an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from UIET, Panjab University in 2022. His area of interest includes Finance, operations and marketing.

Prof. Dr. M Jaleel Akhtar

Associate Professor, IIT Kanpur

Dr. M Jaleel Akhtar is currently working as a Associate Professor at IIT Kanpur. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University, Germany. With over 100 research publications and two authored books, his expertise lies in microwave imaging and nondestructive testing, RF sensors, and electromagnetic modeling, particularly focusing on artificial dielectrics and metamaterials.

Nitin Walia is a Qualified Barrister with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry and advisory. He is serving on legal panel of leading institutions and trusted advisor to recognized Start-ups. His filed of interest are From Sports, Civil Aviation, Will & Estate Planning, IT, to Corporate, Commercial, Divorce Matrimonial, Real Estate advisory to AI, Game Theory, Deep Tech, Trading etc.

Dr. Arun Maithani

Professor, HBTU Kanpur

Dr. Arun Maithani is currently working as a Professor at HBTU. He has extensive experience in the field of energy and paint materials, focusing on research, development, and strategic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UPTU Lucknow and has over 28 years of experience in various organizations, contributing significantly to areas like energy storage, renewable energy, and material science.
