Planetary Ball Mill BM 1400+ (4 Grinding Stations)
The Planetary Ball Mill BM 1400+ is a high-performance grinding instrument designed for rapid fine crushing of various materials to an end fineness of less than 1 µm. Equipped with four grinding stations, it allows for simultaneous processing of multiple samples, enhancing efficiency in laboratory settings. The mill operates with a sun wheel speed ranging from 30 to 400 RPM and accommodates feed sizes up to 10 mm. Its versatile applications include pulverizing, nano grinding, colloidal milling, mechanical alloying, and homogenizing across industries such as cement, ceramics, chemicals, and metallurgy. Safety features include gas-tight, dust-proof grinding jars suitable for colloid grinding, with optional pressure and temperature measuring systems. Hot Air Dry Oven
