RF Nanocomposites at SIIC Showcase – 58th Convocation, IIT Kanpur | September 23, 2025
We at RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd. had the privilege of Interacting respected officials from Gliders India Limited (GIL), including Shri M C Balasubramaniam, Chairman & Managing Director, GIL Kanpur, at our facility.
Our CEO Dr. VISHAL CHAKRADHARY showcased two of our pioneering innovations:
-Advanced EMI Shielding Materials for next-gen electronics and defence systems.
-Stealth Coating Technologies tailored for aerospace and strategic applications.
The visit was further enriched as the CMD and his team toured our laboratories and witnessed our cutting-edge nanocomposite research and manufacturing capabilities.
This engagement marks an important milestone for RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd. in our journey to strengthen indigenous defence and aerospace technologies, aligned with the Make in India vision.

RF Nanocomposites had the distinct honor of participating in a curated startup showcase organized by the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC), IIT Kanpur, during the 58th Convocation of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
We proudly presented our cutting-edge solutions in advanced materials and electromagnetic shielding technologies to Shri Sanjay Malhotra, Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Chief Guest for the Convocation.
Our Founder, Dr. Vishal Kumar Chakradhary, engaged in an insightful interaction with Shri Malhotra, highlighting our mission to develop scalable, high-performance nanocomposite materials designed to mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI)—crucial for national security, aerospace, and defense applications.
We extend our sincere gratitude to SIIC IIT Kanpur for providing this invaluable platform to showcase our vision, capabilities, and commitment to building a technologically self-reliant India.

Abhivyakti '25 | January 17-19
RF Nanocomposites participated in Abhivyakthi 25′, a 3-day event organized by the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC) and the Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Kanpur. During the event, we had the opportunity to showcase our innovative products, including Stealth Materials, EMI Shielding Materials and discussed the other products in-pipeline.
Over the 3 days, we engaged in insightful discussions with potential customers and investors. Additionally, we took the opportunity to raise awareness about the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation on human health.
We found this opportunity to be highly valuable, and every connection made during the event proved resourceful for our growth and outreach.
Defense Startup Showcase | November- 2024
RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd. proudly participated in the Defence Startup Showcase organized by the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre at IIT Kanpur, as part of the Institute’s 65th Foundation Day celebrations. The event featured 23 startups showcasing cutting-edge advancements in defence technology, with the Honorable Raksha Mantri, Shri Rajnath Singh, attending as the Chief Guest. RF Nanocomposites highlighted its innovative work in nanomaterials for defence applications, contributing to India’s vision of technological self-reliance. The event also saw presentations from key defence leaders and the signing of several strategic MoUs, further strengthening the nation’s defence innovation ecosystem.
RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd. is proud to have been part of this milestone event, showcasing their commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology in support of India’s defence sector.

It was a proud moment, as he not only delivered the talk but also showcased his groundbreaking paper during the main MAPCON event.
