Dr. Vishal is the founder of RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd., dedicated to advancing India’s self-reliance in stealth and EMI-shielding technologies. He holds a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Materials Science from IIT Kanpur, specializing in next-generation stealth materials and electromagnetic interference shielding. With expertise in cutting-edge materials, he drives innovation in the defense and electronics sectors to support India’s technological independence.
Swati Gangwar
Chief Technology Officer
Swati Gangwar is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd., leading advanced materials innovation and technology strategy. She holds an M.Tech. from IIT Madras in Functional Materials & Nanotechnology and a Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur, specializing in flexible EMI shielding materials. She drives the development of lightweight, high-performance EMI shielding and stealth solutions for defence, aerospace, and advanced electronics applications.

Prof. M Jaleel Akhtar
Professor, IIT Kanpur
Dr. M Jaleel Akhtar is currently working as a Professor at IIT Kanpur. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University, Germany. With over 100 research publications and two authored books, his expertise lies in microwave imaging and nondestructive testing, RF sensors, and electromagnetic modeling, particularly focusing on artificial dielectrics and metamaterials.

Dr. Arun Maithani is currently working as a Professor at HBTU. He has extensive experience in the field of energy and paint materials, focusing on research, development, and strategic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UPTU Lucknow and has over 28 years of experience in various organizations, contributing significantly to areas like energy storage, renewable energy, and material science.
