Dr. Vishal is the founder of RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd., driven by a mission to empower India with self-reliance in advanced stealth and EMI shielding technologies. He holds a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Materials Science from IIT Kanpur, specializing in the study of material behavior for next-generation stealth applications and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. With deep expertise in cutting-edge materials, he aims to propel innovation in defense and electronics sectors, supporting India's vision for technological independence.
Dr. Tanu Mittal
Research Scientist
Dr. Mittal has Joined RF Nanocomposites Pvt. Ltd. as a Research Scientist. She is Ph.D. in Chemistry from Amity University Noida/CSIR-NPL and has over 8+ years of experience. She is highly accomplished material scientist with expertise in developing and characterizing cutting-edge materials for a range of use including energy storage, catalysis and coating Industry. Her goals concentrate on sustainable materials and commitment to advancements across different areas.

Prof. M Jaleel Akhtar
Professor, IIT Kanpur
Dr. M Jaleel Akhtar is currently working as a Professor at IIT Kanpur. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University, Germany. With over 100 research publications and two authored books, his expertise lies in microwave imaging and nondestructive testing, RF sensors, and electromagnetic modeling, particularly focusing on artificial dielectrics and metamaterials.
